David Faulkner

Mr. David Faulkner was born December 9, 1947. He departed this life at the age of 74, on May 26, 2022 . A native of Banks County, Deacon David was the son of the late George Faulkner and Dorine Gaither Faulkner. He was preceded in death by his brothers Otis Faulkner and George E. Faulkner.

David retired from Certainteed from a faithful employee of 37 1/2 years of service. He was also the owner of his own lawn and yard service that was established and served his community and throughout the surrounding counties. He was a faithful member of Neal's Grove Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon for many years before his health failed him. He, his wife and family opened their home to many of his nieces and nephews. He Loved family and would help anyone he could.

Survivors include his wife Jearline Faulkner and his children; David Faulkner Jr, Angela (Doug) Pinkston, Tonya (Terry) Ravenell, Sabrina (Reggie) Collins, and Shaylah Mitchell. Five grandchildren; Terrika Davison, Hasani (Aaron) Hunter, Darius Gaither, Samari Collins, Samirr Collins. One great grandchild; Averri “Lil Adrain” Hunter. Brothers; James Faukner, Arthur Faulkner, Swayne Faulkner, Bobby Faulkner, Waymon Faulkner, John(Linda) Faulkner, Johnny Faulkner, Tommy (Lorraine) Faulkner, and Ronald Faulkner. Two Aunts, Lillie (Bobby) Wilhite; Lula Faulkner Neal, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
