Jody Goodine

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Jody Goodine, who passed away on May 25, 2023, in Ocala, FL. He was a beloved father, partner, and friend and will be forever missed by those who knew him.

Jody was born on May 25 to his mother, Annie Fay, and adopted father, Barry Goodine. He was an amazing father to his three children; Chloe Goodine, Riley Goodine, and Zoraya Goodine. There was no limit to the love he had for them. He cherished his family deeply and always went out of his way to ensure their happiness.

Jody had a larger-than-life personality that was matched by his kind soul. His co-workers loved him dearly, calling him a gentle giant as he towered over everyone with a smile so bright that could light up any room.

Jody was happiest when talking to his mother, Annie Faye Goodine, every day. It brought him joy to share with her everything that was going on in his life.

In memory of Jody Goodine, there will be a visitation held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 2nd at Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home located at 55 S. Alexander Street Toccoa, GA 30577, followed by funeral services at the same location on June 3rd from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

His surviving family members include Chloe Goodine (daughter), Riley Goodine (Son), Zoraya Goodine (daughter), Kelly Eberhard (the love of his life), Annie Faye Goodine (mother), aunts, uncles, cousins - all of whom loved Jody immensely and will cherish the memories they shared.
