John Henry Burton, Jr

Mr. John Henry Burton, Jr. departed this earth on August 11, 2022 at his residence in Toccoa, GA. He was born in Toccoa, GA on April 29, 1943. He was the son of the late Mary Fruster Burton and John Henry Burton. He was a member of the Hurricane Grove Baptist Church, Martin, GA where he joined at an early age. He was the father of 5 sons. He was preceded in death by one son, Richard Burton.

Survivors include sons, Terry Burton of Knoxville, TN, Gary Burton and Joshua Harrison both of Toccoa, GA. A great friend for many years, Louise B. Harrison and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
