Larry C Arthur

Mr. Cleo Larry Arthur passed away peacefully on November 5, 2024, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

 He was born on January 3, 1955, to the late Cleo Mel and Edna Arthur. He enjoyed fishing and making people laugh with his stories. He was of the Baptist faith. 

 Larry is preceded in death by a son, Ashley Leonard Arthur and a brother, Barry Arthur.

 Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Celeaser Arthur; two daughters, Kimberly Arthur and Felecia Arthur; grandchildren, Skylin Fisher, Xikemian Arthur, Alexandria Trimier, and Kinglsey Strange; a great grandchild, Ashton Brown; one sister, Ellen Dean Arthur; a brother, Lamar Arthur; two aunts, Alberta Grant and Lorene Goodeiron, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
