Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Toccoa, GA will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, 6400 Woodrow Road, Lithonia, GA.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thomas W. Dortch Jr., Foundation or to the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation.
