Tony J Hill

Tommy was born on April 1, 1958 to the late Willie Davis and Inez Rucker Hill in Franklin County, GA. He departed his life on November 17, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Winder, GA.

He was always hardworking until his health began to fail. He earned the nickname 'Gulf' from his work at the Gulf Gas Station on Hwy. 17 in Lavonia, GA. Later he went into heavy construction where he traveled to different cities and states to work. He was always kind and loving to all that knew him.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Johnny and Willie Hill, and one sister, Carol Faye Hill.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three brothers: Phillip Hill of Elberton, GA, Randy Hill and Terry Moorer of Lavonia, GA; three sisters, Juanita HIll Colbert and Mary Moorer, both of Lavonia, GA and Emateen Hill Johnson of Hartwell, GA: one aunt, Irene Rucker of Eastanollee, GA, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, one special friend, Pat Ficks and his church family at Gateway Believers Church.
